About the Author

Terry G. Kennedy was born in 1954 in Fort Benton, Montana. He lives in Bozeman, Montana, with his wife, Diane.

He was a seasonal National Park Ranger and a professional mountain guide in the 1980s. He has climbed in the Alaska Range, the Yukon, the Canadian Rockies, the contiguous United States, and Ama Dablam near Mount Everest in Nepal.
